On 3-5 June 2022, it's time for Scen & Film's National Assembly, the National Assembly is the union's ultimate decision - making body and is held every four years.

At the National Assembly, decisions are made on key issues for Scen & Film's continued operations, such as organization, finances and membership fees. The AGM elects the chairman and the board for the next four years. The meeting also addresses the motions that have been received, motions that departments, clubs and all individual members can submit.

The association's local branches, clubs and professional departments send a certain number of representatives to the National Assembly, regulated in accordance with the association's statute. In January, the formal notice will be sent to the National Assembly and in it the number of representatives per department and club will be determined.
