US CHEESE DOCUMENTARY

This week we had the opportunity to visit and film at Almnäs Bruk - worldwide known for their amazing cheese.

There we worked with a documentary following an American cheesemonger, taking a tour of the creamery and learning more about the history and how the cheese there is made.
